cake: pink peppercorn chiffon with chamoy jam & lime cream

my birthday cake for own my aries heart. this cake is an indulgence.

the amount of eggs used is…criminal considering how expensive they are right now.

i actually had no plans to share a recipe for this cake but it honestly came out so deliciously well that i just had to. maybe each separate element will serve you in a variety of ways, even with other desserts. i’ve always dreamed of incorporating chamoy into more desserts a chamoy and passion fruit mango pavlova is still on my baking bucket list. this is just the beginning.
