I LOVE this and will def try! pls elaborate on toasted malt milk cream - sounds amazing and i think it would also be good cake form??
Absolutely!! I never got to test it but my idea was basically a pastry cream with the addition of malted milk powder that has been toasted in the oven just to intensify the flavor. I'll report back when I get to it.
