I made your vanilla bean and buttermilk conchas for family this weekend during our “Christmas coffee shop” and they loved them! The flavor was fantastic.
They did crack a bit at the top along with the pasta, so I’m going to try an oven thermometer next time!

I just wanted to share an update that I got an oven thermometer and found my degree was running 25 degrees hot. I made the adjustment yesterday and the conchas turned out absolutely beautiful and perfect!!! I took them to buena noche and they were gone within minutes. Thank you so much
